Quality Control Policy

Quality assurance evaluates and modifies an organization’s procedures to make sure to provide the desired results and define the real requirements of material and then meet these requirements reliably, timely, and economically. More than just meeting the technical requirements for materials, quality is a goal in personal relationships, accurate and efficient documentation, on-time performance, and effective follow-up.  Our Quality plan includes an organizational structure, details on each employee’s responsibilities, and the qualifications an employee needs to fulfill those responsibilities. We pursue a total quality management program that includes meeting ISO 9001 requirements at each and every operating unit of the company.

Techno Tools  Quality Control Policy in brief as below:

We maintain records for the product testing, heat numbers identification, material test reports, feedback test results, and customer complaints to solve problems and encourage improvements throughout the organization.

We always make sure to meet customers’ expectations in terms of technical specifications and timely deliveries.   

We have well-trained staff to fulfill the customer requirements and deliver positive, efficient, and on-time services.

We promote continuous improvements to refine and improve communication, control, procedures, and training to further improve our level of quality assurance.
